tracking billiard venues. Find tournament-quality tables, compare
venues head-to-head with a community-driven Elo rating system, and
follow other players to see where they're shooting.

Overview
--------
Felt ("we", "our", or "the app") is a pool venue discovery and rating
application. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store,
and protect your information.

Information We Collect
----------------------
Information You Provide:
  - Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive a
    unique identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name. We do
    not receive your Apple password.
  - Profile Information: A username and display name associated with
    your account.
  - Venue Data: Venues you add, visit, bookmark, or rate.
  - Activity Data: Your venue comparisons, reactions, tags, notes, and
    the accounts you follow.

Information Collected Automatically:
  - Location Data: When you grant permission, we use your device
    location to center the map and show nearby venues. Your precise
    location is used on-device and is not stored on our servers.
  - Device Information: Basic technical data needed for the app to
    function.

How We Use Your Information
---------------------------
  - To create and maintain your account
  - To display nearby pool venues on the map
  - To save your profile, bookmarks, visited venues, reactions, and
    comparisons
  - To compute community venue ratings
  - To show activity from accounts you follow

Data Storage
------------
Your account and activity data are stored securely on our backend
infrastructure, provided by Supabase (which hosts data on Amazon Web
Services). Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and
protected by row-level security policies that restrict access to your
own private data.

Data Sharing
------------
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third
parties.

Certain information is shared with other Felt users as an inherent part
of the app's social features:
  - Venues you add become visible to all users.
  - Your public activity (visits, reactions, comparisons, and the
    venues you contribute) may be visible to accounts that follow you.
  - Your bookmarks are private to you.

We use Supabase as our backend service provider, who processes data on
our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

Your Rights
-----------
  - Edit your profile information at any time within the app
  - Deny or revoke location permissions through iOS Settings
  - Request deletion of your account and associated data at any time
    from within the app (Profile > Settings > Delete Account), or by
    contacting us at the email above
  - Sign out at any time

Children's Privacy
------------------
Felt is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy
----------------------
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Updates will be
reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.
